Halloween 2011

Meet Daphne from Scooby Doo, a cute little dinosaur and the beautiful Cinderella! This halloween it was actually cold so as soon as we set out for trick or treating, they were complaining of being cold. The girls, of course knew exactly what to do, but Charlie was just running everywhere. He still had a great time and I think he got some gummy candy which he got to eat. We went to our culdesac and one other and they were begging to come home! We weren’t complaining and happily complied. They got to then hand out all of our candy!

October 2011

These pictures were taken outside of my grandparents house one day when we were killing time! The girls were easy patients, the boy…not so much! If I could get him to stop or stand still for 1 second, I was doing good.

This is what you get when you attempt to take a sibling picture…

They actually make me laugh-

The first one, only Hannah is looking, but everyone still sitting and not hurt.

The second one, Charlie starts to lose a shoe and Sallie tries to fix it.

And the third one, Charlie has quite apparently, done something to hurt Hannah.

Oh well, I tried! Smile

He’s busy, but oh so cute! Even if he moves too much for me to get a great picture, I still love every one I take of him!

My sweet, beautiful girls! They so love each other and are blessed to have each other!

State Fair 2011

I have fallen way behind on blogging, but life is so busy right now. We listed our house and got a contract immediately (which is great), but so many things to do. We have a contract on another house that is only about 2 minutes from where we currently live. We close within a matter of weeks in the midst of the holiday season so we are crazy to say the least!

Anyways, in an effort to get caught up on blogging, I am blogging “collage style.” We took the girls to the fair, leaving the terror little one behind. We had lots of greasy, fattening fair food including our favorite: the elephant ear. We rode a couple of rides and Hannah enjoyed them far more than Sallie.

They rode the tea cups and you can spin the wheel to make it go around and around even faster. Hannah was loving it and Sallie was terrified, hence the look on her face in the bottom right picture. Smile We then headed to play some games and win some stuffed animals. They had a blast and after 2 hours, we had gotten our fair fix!

Like Father, Like Son

This was totally unplanned but so picture worthy. Big Charlie came home from work and started playing with Charlie and I noticed their outfits and had to run grab my camera. Not the best pictures with the truck in the background, but I have to take what I can get especially with a quick moving toddler. Sweet pictures of my two men! 2011-10-14

Hannah’s training wheels come off!

I finally convinced Charlie that it was time to take Hannah’s training wheels off. Poor thing, she said she felt like a baby with her training wheels on and I guess it doesn’t help that she is in DESPERATE need of a new bike (one that is much bigger) and a more age appropriate helmet and pads. (Dora is just so three year old!) Guess what she is asking Santa for?? Anyways, we headed out to the cul-de-sac for our first go-round!

Can you see the intensity on her face?

She was so excited, but nervous. Charlie was making sure to hold on tight. They went around and around only a couple times and then he slightly let off (without her knowing) and she kept her balance pretty good. She was thrilled to have done it by herself and we were so proud of her!

Sallie was happily riding her bike and

she notices that I am taking a picture of her and stops to cheese for the camera!

This little guy was content running around and playing in the street.

2011-10-024He then sees Hannah’s knee pad and enjoys pulling on it!

We had fun riding bikes in the cul-de-sac. It’s a sad realization that our sweet Hannah is old enough to ride her bike without training wheels. This growing up thing is for the birds!
