Charlie’s first haircut

I think it’s safe to say that we were in dire need of a first haircut for Charlie! We waited until it was growing over his ears, in his eyes and just everywhere for that matter. So, we decided it was time!

Notice how long it is around his ears, ha ha!

He sits in daddy’s lap and was just wondering what the heck this lady was doing. He didn’t cry or fuss just looked around!

Occasionally, the hair would fall on his nose and tickle it and he would try to wipe it off, but couldn’t figure out where his hands were and would get a little irritated.

The “after” picture! What a handsome little boy with his new haircut! There were some areas that I would have cut more, but it will do for now!

This picture makes me laugh every time I look at it! He has such a mad, mean face on and then look at his clinched fists…too funny! He’s not mad at all though!

Little boy in jail

Since Charlie started being so busy and crawling everywhere, we had to put this gate up at the top of the stairs. He loves to crawl up to it and stand and it’s so cute because he looks like he’s in jail. What an adorable little prisoner though, don’t ya think?

Hannah’s last soccer game!

Hannah has thoroughly enjoyed playing soccer this spring! Despite being the youngest and the smallest on the team, she hustled and kept right up with the big kids. She is so excited about the fall season although I am going to make sure that she is not on a team that has boys 3 years older than her! She didn’t mind it, but I know she would enjoy even more being able to “touch” the ball more often.
I didn’t get many pictures, but I did get a few!

At the halfway mark of the game, they would do a quick devotional and play the “cha cha” slide…this was Hannah’s favorite! And Sallie’s too!

I am so proud of you Hannah for practicing hard and playing your very best!

Hannah and Sallie’s dance recital

Hannah and Sallie both took dance at Palmetto Performing Arts. Hannah took ballet and Sallie took acrobatics and luckily they were both at the same time. They both really enjoyed it and were most excited come recital night! (at the Koger Center).
